Our strategy is simple – we focus on creating exceptional communities in irreplaceable locations close to major employment hubs and exploding populations. Our in-house expertise and experience give us further control over the process allowing us to deliver each community exactly as planned.
Blackburn Communities is currently developing, building, and managing multifamily housing communities in Central Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, and Mississippi and is open to expanding its geographical portfolio outside of these areas.
